TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Jerome Brouillet, photographer and visual artist. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All artworks sold on this website are original photographic works created by the artist.

All photographs available for purchase are sold as art prints, either as Open Editions or Limited Editions depending on the format. Each print is produced on demand, printed specifically for each order, and is not mass-produced or pre-stocked. Limited Edition prints are signed, numbered, and produced in strictly limited quantities.

For Limited Editions, the number of prints is strictly limited and defined by format.
Edition sizes and availability are specified on each individual product page.
Each physical print produced counts as one edition within its designated format.

All limited prints are produced exclusively on fine art paper, selected for its archival qualities, long-term stability, and ability to preserve detail, contrast, and tonal depth over time. Production begins only after an order has been confirmed and paid in full.

All prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping costs depending on the destination. Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later changes.

Accepted payment methods currently include PayPal and bank transfer. Credit card payments will be available soon. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Because each print is produced on demand and specifically for each order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, except in the case of a print damaged during delivery or a verified printing defect. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence. When applicable, a replacement print will be issued. Refunds are not provided.

Prints are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on production time, destination, shipping carriers, or customs processes. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. The purchase of a print does not transfer any reproduction, distribution, or commercial rights. The artwork is sold for personal use only. Any reproduction, resale, or commercial use without prior written permission from the artist is strictly prohibited.

Limited Edition prints are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. The certificate is issued separately and delivered independently from the print.

The artist shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the purchased artwork.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable legal regulations.
